Novalash Announces Lash Off Contest Winners

NovaLash, announced its latest Eyemazing LASH Artist of the Year-- Bianca Martinez from Yuma, Arizona. LASHoff’s Fans’ Choice Finalist went to Francesca Mastalka of Englewood, CO.

NovaLash’s LASHoff competition has been finding and awarding talented Lashionistas since 2011. Among the many entries received each year, two winners are chosen—LASH Artist of the Year and Fans’ Choice.

A judging panel consisting of NovaLash CEO Sophy Merszei, as well as elite and highly experienced Advanced Master Stylists and educational professionals, determine the LASH Artist of the Year based on very competitive video submissions.

“Bianca is a true professional.She has an eye for beauty, a commitment to her customers’ satisfaction and is highly skilled in the application of our lashes. Bianca embodies the type of woman we strive to have on our team. As a former Fans’ Choice winner, she proves that any woman coming into this industry can become a great success if they have the dedication and willingness to work hard. We are very proud to have her as a member of the NovaLash team and are happy to name her our LASH Artist of the Year,” Sophy Merszei, CEO of NovaLash explained.

The Fan Favorite winner is chosen based on outstanding before and after eyelash application photos. NovaLash narrows down the submissions before one is crowned by the public through online voting.

Bianca Martinez will receive up to $10,000 in cash and prizes and will be named NovaLash Brand Ambassador for the year. Top marketing, advertising and PR companies will be brought in to help promote her business and there is an opportunity for Bianca to get her luscious lash work published in a global magazine. A photo shoot with world class photographers, stylists and hair professionals is also included in the prize package.

The LASHoff Awards Celebration will be held in February in Houston, TX.
